Power bill to high ? a simple way to save on your heating Bills

Now here is a simple but rather effective way to cut your power bills down !

Some people on the "trade me forums" have said that they managed to cut there power bills down substantially and one person managed to save up to
$40 a month on his power bill!
Simply turning the Hot Water Cylinders off for most of the day!

Now how true that is , I personally dont know. But I have come across this on more than one web site so far.

People make substantial savings every month simply by turning the HWC off and only run them for 2 -3 hours a day.

On the TV show "wasted ", they managed to make huge savings just by turning a spa pool of for most of the time .

A simple way of doing that is to install a timer in front of your Hot water Cylinder , but you cant use a run of the mill shop variety one for that ! as they cant handle the HW cylinders.
